Via this online page you can request a special pricing (or Smart Quote) for HP Computing and/or HP Printing products. Each request must always be linked to a specific professional enduser. You can only submit an application for professional endusers established in the Netherlands.

Please indicate below which products you are requesting the Smart Quote for. If you request a quote for both Computing and Printing products, you can do this in one quote. You can request a Smart Quote from €3,000 on Computing products, from €500 on Printing products and from €250 on Poly products. You are responsible for the correct configuration. View the current Computing and Printing product lists on the HP Essentials portal (hpessentials.nl). If you would like to request a custom configuration, upload it below. (You can upload multiple files; each file may contain only one worksheet.)

Top Config

If you would like to request pricing for a Top Config (a custom configuration), please upload the official Excel file you receive at the end of the Top Config process below. If you would like to upload multiple Top Configs, please split them into separate files with one worksheet per configuration. You can create a Top Config on the website of one of our official distributors.
